Weekend Self-Hosted Overnight Crafting Retreat Rates
Friday 9:00 a.m. - Sunday 4:00 p.m.
4-7 persons: $175/person + tax
Mid-Week Self-Hosted Overnight Crafting Retreat Rates
Tuesday 9:00 a.m. - Thursday 4:00 p.m.
4-7 persons: $149/person + tax
Weekend Self-Hosted Day-Only Crafting Retreat Rates
(with no overnight stays)
Friday 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
6-8 persons: $100/person + tax
Week Day Evening Meeting Venue Rates
Perfect for a Social Club or Business Meeting or Class for the purposes specified above.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening from 4:30-9:00 p.m.
Up to 10 people with 2 people sharing a 6’ table: $100 + tax
Weekend Day Only Meeting Venue Rates
Perfect for Bridal or Baby Showers or Day-long Classes for the purposes specified above.
Saturday or Sunday from 8:00 a.m.-10:30 p.m.
Up to 10 people with 2 people sharing a 6’ table: $300 + tax
Longer stays may be negotiated upon request.
Non-refundable deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Any outstanding balance within 7 days of arrival will be charged to the card used to book the reservation. The full cost of the stay will be charged to the card used to book the reservation even if you do not show for your reserved dates.
Cancellation and Changes:
All requests to cancel a reservation must be sent via e-mail to circlekfarmhouse@gmail.com, no later than 14 days prior to arrival so your space can be offered to other potential guests.
All requests to change or modify a reservation must be sent via e-mail to circlekfarmhouse@gmail.com, no later than 14 days prior to your reserved dates, to allow for your space to be offered to other potential guests.
In the event of a natural disaster, such as flood, fire, critical mechanical failure, or dangerous weather event, you can choose to have your reservation refunded in full (including the 25% non-refundable deposit) or reschedule your stay to an available weekend/mid-week stay within one year from the original date of your reservation.
Upon request, we will maintain a wait list if a reserved weekend or mid-week stay you wish to book becomes available.
Damage to property and missing items will be charged to the card used for the reservation and payment of rent.
Safety Features:
- Multiple new smoke detectors throughout the home.
- Fire extinguishers on each floor.
- Radon mitigation in the basement.
- Well water, with a new water treatment system.
- Reverse osmosis system for drinking water.
- Septic system, so nothing but toilet tissue can be flushed and no food scraps can go down the sink to protect proper functioning of the septic system and to prevent septic backup.
- First Aid Kit in the kitchen.
HOUSEHOLD RULES
*The home is a non-smoking, pet-free environment.
*While we love pets, please leave them at home.
*The use of candles or open flames is prohibited for your safety.
*No wild parties allowed.
*No illicit drug use allowed on the premises.
*No drunken or disorderly conduct allowed on the premises.
Upon check-out:
*Strip the used bedding and place it on the bed.
*Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher & run the dishwasher.
*Take out the garbage & recycling to the outside garbage & recycling cans.
A Household Guidelines Book and a Restaurant Resource Book will be at the home for your review upon arrival.
